• All athletes at the Hopeful, Next Generation, and Elite levels
• The coaches
• The managers
• Member in good standing of their sports association.

The PAAC is available to allCanadian athletes, coaches, managers, and officialswho are members in good standing of a sport organization, including a national sport organization, provincial sport organization, Canadian Sport Centre, and Canadian Sport Institute, who are covered by provincial health insurance, and whoreceive treatment in Canada. 

This insurance provides access to sports medical services in Canada in the event of injury or accident.
