WHAT IF QUEBEC BECAME THE MOST ACTIVE NATION IN THE WORLD?

Stakeholders from various sectors want to make sports, physical activity, and outdoor recreation a true societal priority in Quebec. In the face of sedentary lifestyles, an aging population, and chronic diseases, they are calling for greater investment in prevention and for easier access to activities for all ages. They propose modernizing the current model, making better use of infrastructure and land, and supporting volunteers and organizations. A collective effort, backed by a clear political commitment, would help make Quebec a more active and healthier nation.
