Bringing together the stars of high-dive diving, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series will take place for the first time in Canada, in Montreal. This is the sixth of eight stages in the 2024 calendar. Twelve female divers will leap from a 21-meter platform and twelve male divers from a 27-meter platform above the water to perform dives reaching speeds of up to 85 kilometers per hour. Among the athletes are Canadians: high diving icon Molly Carlson and her Montreal compatriot Simone Leathead. Known as the world capital of high diving, Montreal offers renowned programs and training centers where some of the world's biggest names in the sport have trained.
