Mission
Theprograms offered to coachesworkto create, implement, and maintain a culture of learning for all coaches and sports professionals in Montreal. By offering a variety of learning activities tailored to the needs and profiles of its community members, the Coach and Coaching Environment Development Advisors (CDEE) team, through Montreal Sports Excellence, will stimulate deliberate reflection, collaboration and exchanges among them. At the heart of this approach, the proposed initiatives must generate value for all participants and their practice environments.

A culture of learning
Beyond the training courses and conferences that coaches and speakers participate in, one of the main sources of learning is real-life experience and exchanges with other members of the sports community. Consequently, the CDEE team offers a wide range of learning activities that encourage reflection, collaboration, and discussion. Below is a summary description of the activities we offer.
Participant profiles
The PSDEE is offered exclusively to a specific clientele divided into the following two segments:
Priority customers
Coach who trains athletes identified as "Espoir" (Hopeful), "Relève" (Next Generation), or "Élite" (Elite) who reside in Montreal or are hired by a club on the island of Montreal.
Secondary clientele
Sports instructors duly accredited by the ESM program.
