The Montreal Island Sports Excellence Program (ESIM) of the Montreal Sports Council wishes to offer additional and complementary support to its services for athletes and sports professionals, thereby granting a distinctive status to Elite athletes specially selected for the program.

Each year, a jury of experts reviews nearly 80 applications to select a cohort highlighting the 12 most promising athletes in the Montreal region.
